The Department of Infrastructure will make a second attempt to get Tywnald backing for its Douglas Promenade redevelopment this month.
When Tywnwald sits, Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer will ask members to back plans for the horse trams and roadway.
At December's sitting, the court rejected plans to renew the tram tracks from Broadway to Summerhill.
But after Legislative Council and the House of Keys disagreed during the vote, Mr Harmer is set to ask for a joint vote this month.
