The Department of Infrastructure is reiterating the meaning of 'closed' amid the Mountain Road being shut.
In a post on social media, the DOI is reminding people the route is currently shut to motorists, cyclists and pedestrians.
It comes as preparation work is taking place ahead of the TT, which starts next month.
The Department adds those entering the closure without authority could face a hefty penalty.
