The Department of infrastructure says it's hiring two new managers, but it won't give details about what qualifications they'll need.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about the planned senior members of Harbour Division staff.
In its response, the DOI confirmed approval's been given to take on the new managers.
But it says the posts haven't been finalised yet, and so it can't give further details about the roles.
