The Department of Health is providing ‘top tips’ designed to help the public maintain their mental health and wellbeing during the festive period.
A specialist in Mental Health Promotion says festive moods can be impacted on dramatically at this time of year – often at very different ends of the spectrum.
The department worry that extra pressures of worrying about issues like preparations, finances and relationships, added to everyday worries, are overwhelming for people.
