Dog owners in Garff will soon get to have their say about new bye-laws governing their pets.
The commissioners say a public consultation will run for six weeks when the draft laws are published in the next few weeks.
The local authority says a number of changes will be made to existing regulations.
After the public has its say, potential changes will be considered by the Local Government Unit and before going before Tynwald.
