Police are trying to trace a dog owner after a number of chickens were killed in Colby.
A white Springer Spaniel, which had a black patch on its back, entered a garden on Main Road twice and killed six chickens.It happened between 7am and 7.30am yesterday.
Police say the animals were family pets and it has caused great distress to the owners.
Anyone who can help with the investigation is asked to contact Port Erin Police Station on 832222.
