A local authority in the south of the Island says dog fouling problems are getting worse as darker winter nights draw in.
On Facebook, Port St Mary Commissioners says despite work to keep the village clean and tidy, dog mess is getting worse.
They're reminding people to pick up after their pets, saying they provide poo bags for people who've been caught without.
But they say people should use them responsibly.
