Could a new dog day care centre be coming to Douglas?
Comfy K9 has put forward plans for one to based at Unit 1 (Bays 3 and 4) at the Old Quarry on Douglas Head Industrial Estate.
In its application, the company says it would be able to hold up to 40 pooches per day, and operate between 7.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays and from 9am to 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
It added it would keep the number of canines assigned to each staff member low to allow proper training on a 1-to-1 basis.
