A golf club in the south of the Island has hit out after a dog damaged one of its greens.
Port St Mary Golf Cub says the incident happened on its 1st green yesterday, when a large dog left paw prints and deep scratches.
It comes less than a week after the club renovated its greens for the new season - and just days before it hosts a competition.
Club officials also say some pet owners are letting their dogs use the course as a toilet, and not picking up their mess.
