An incident where a dog has bitten a member of the public on an Island beach is being investigated by authorities.
According to Police, a small grey dog has bitten the ankles of someone whilst on Castletown beach at around 2.50pm on Saturday, November 28.
Officers would now like to speak to the owner of the dog who's described as an elderly man with grey hair, wearing a brown coat and was carrying a red lead.
The pet's owner or anyone else who has any details about what happened is being asked to contact Castletown Police Station on 822 222.
