Doctors have officially accepted a pay offer, ending negotiations between Manx Care and the British Medical Association.
The new pay offer will see resident doctors salaries match those of Doctors paid by NHS England.
Out of 125 medics who votes, 114 voted to accept to offer.
The Chair of the Isle of Man Medical Society Dr Prakash Thiagarajan says industrial action was a last resort and he's glad they were able to successfully negotiate this outcome.
