A doctor told a woman she was pregnant, when in fact she had a large cyst.
The complaint was revealed in a report due before Tynwald members next week.
The Report to Tynwald on Health and Social Care Complaints covers the years 2020-2021.
The document says, among the 380 total complaints, was the misdiagnosis by the GP which is currently being considered by the Independent Review Body.
