If you can speak a language other than English, police say they'd like to hear from you.
The constabulary says it's looking for interpreters to help the Island's diverse population.
Officers say you can translate witness statements or interviews as well as other tasks that would help those whose English isn't good.
Applicants need to be conversant in verbal and written English as well as another language, and will need vetting by police.
