Police in the north of the Island are appealing for help tracing a car owner.
The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the Suzuki Grand Vitara is part of an investigation after a traffic incident on February 19th outside Costa Coffee on Parliament Street in Ramsey.
They've released CCTV pictures of the car and say they want to contact the owner as well as a woman seen in the footage.
If you have any information you can contact Ramsey Police Station.
