That's what Rushen MHK Juan Watterson wants to find out, having tabled a Tynwald question for written reply to Chief Minister Alf Cannan.
Mr Cannan announced plans to set up the organisation at the government conference last September.
Mr Watterson's also asking what the cost of the office and its powers will be.
