The Island's Fire and Rescue Service is reminding people to be careful in the countryside as better weather approaches.
On Facebook, it's reminding people to put out cigarettes properly when you're out enjoying the Manx countryside.
It says bottles or glass should never be left outside as sunlight shining through them can start fires.
Firefighters say if you spot a fire in the countryside, leave the area and dial 999 - don't try to tackle fires you can't put out with a bucket of water.
