Wind farm representatives say Isle of Man stakeholders have made a sturdy contribution to a discussion over proposed development in the Irish Sea.
Dong Energy is looking to extend its Walney development, and other proposals, and yesterday put the plans before the UK Planning Inspectorate.
Concerns were raised as to the impact this could have on Manx sea and air routes - interested parties including the Steam Packet put their cases forward.
Project development manager Cliff Pullen welcomed the discussion and says it's a positive start:
Repairs on Peel Power Station to get underway
Manx Care doctor survey to be discussed by Tynwald
Weather warning for snow tonight
MHK queries safety at primary school in Ballabeg
Gales put two ferry sailings at risk tonight
Should the Island throw a birthday party for Barry Gibb?
