There’s a chance to find out more about Charles Dickens today (Saturday) at a special lecture at the Manx Museum.
The Isle of Man Victorian Society is hosting a visit from Professor Andrew Sander’s visit who will explore the architecture and life of London at the time of the prolific author.
It’s designed to coincide with the 200th anniversary of the novelist’s birth and will explore the links Dickens had with the Island.
The lecture takes place at 2.30pm. Admission is free.
