Encouraging more people to use the National Sports Centre could help the Manx economy.
That's the view of the Department of Education and Children which this week has highlighted improvements at the sporting hub in Douglas.
Disabled access and facilities have been improved during the repair work which has been ongoing since severe flooding in December 2015.
