The Directors of Isle of Pride have 'unanimously' decided to wind up the charity.
In a statement released last night - they say now is the 'right time' for new ideas to be explored and steered by the LGBTQIA+ community.
August 2022 marked the Island's second Pride festival - coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the decriminalisation of homosexual acts in the Isle of Man.
The Directors says the decision comes after supporting Youth Pride, diversity, inclusion and training sessions in workplace, schools and healthcare settings.
They have thanked volunteers, sponsors and the people of the Isle of Man and add 'Isle of Pride will always hold a special place in our hearts and minds.'
Although the charity is being discontinued - directors say they'd like to, individually - continue to support campaigns for change.
