A film director who claimed his family had manoeuvred him out of a share of a £250,000 inheritance from his father has lost his case.
43-year-old Timothy James Fielding took seven people including siblings to court claiming they'd poisoned his father Allan Fielding against him - leading to him being left out of the will when he died in April 2022.
Mr Fielding claimed other family members had undue influence on his father and had trashed his reputation with his dad to inherit the money, rendering the will invalid.
After a three-day trial in April, Deemster Needham found the family hadn't acted deviously and the will was valid - but did award Mr Fielding an £8,000 lump sum to pay off debts.
