Youngsters dealing with mental health issues can get free counselling via a digital platform.
In a Facebook post the Manx government said if you know someone struggling, you can sign post them a firm called Kooth.
It provides support through self-help tools, discussion groups and text-based consultations with professional counsellors.
There are no waiting lists, no referrals and users can chat anonymously to a professional online.
