University College Isle of Man has launched a five year strategic plan for its priorities for the future.
It comes as a result of a consultation with staff, students, governors and employers, and supports elements of the Island Plan.
UCM aims to create learning environments which are safe, sustainable and flexible in order to enhance the quality of education and training delivered.
Key priorities within the plan include digital development, curriculum changes, and employers and partners.
