Police are appealing for witnesses after reports of dangerous driving on the Mountain Road.
At around 10.15am on Saturday a blue Ford transit van, which was travelling from Douglas to Ramsey, overtook another vehicle.
It happened in the area of The Bungalow and police say there are concerns regarding the driving of the vehicle.
Anyone who saw what happened has been asked to contact Ramsey Police Station.
