DHSS Announce Shortened Exclusion Time For Swine Flu Sufferers
The DHSS has announced that following Public Health recommendations the swine flu exclusion period is being shortened.
It is no longer 48 hours after symptoms have gone, it’s now just 24.
This will apply to both children and adults and it comes into affect from today.
The general message is to keep up high levels of hygiene and only contact your GP by telephone if you think you may have it.
