The Department of Health and Social Care has published its latest service delivery plan.
Health and Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, says it outlines how the £223million net budget and 3,500 staff will all be chanelled to achieve its strategic goals.
The 32-page document covers a variety of areas the DHSC is focusing on during the next 12 months.
The plan also shows the progress on its five year strategy - currently at its midway point - with an independent review of the Island healthcare system due to be brought to Tynwald in May.
