The Department for Enterprise will part company with the fund managers of their Enterprise Development Scheme.
A mutual decision was agreed for the early termination of the contract with SPARK Impact from January 18, 2019.
Enterprise Minister, Laurence Skelly, says whilst the partnership was successful in some areas 'it has not met the full expectations of either party'.
However he's thanking them for their help in establishing the scheme, the investments they've secured and raising the profile of the Island.
