A developer's changed plans for a housing estate in the north of the Island after concerns were raised about flooding.
Dandara has updated a planning application that would see the homes built on land off Lezayre Road at Lower Milntown.
The company says it received comments from the Manx Utilities Authority and Department of Infrastructure flood management division.
The new plans show 138 proposed homes instead of the original 166, and a larger basin to accommodate storm water during extreme weather.
