A developer says it wants to hand over a park to Ramsey Commissioners.
Hartford Homes has applied to turn a patch of land at the corner of Fairway Drive and Claughbane Drive into public open space.
The company says it'll create a footpath through the landscaped area, and intends to hand it over to the local authority.
If the application is successful, Hartford Homes says the commissioners would manage the land in line with recommendations from Ecology Vannin.
