Work on a £1.8million government investment into Jurby is expected to get underway later this year.
Phase one of the project would see £800,000 spent during the next financial year on improvements to Jurby Business Park including landscaping, improved signage and modern lighting.
Meanwhile the second stage would involve just over £1million being invested in land between Jurby Medical Centre and the Bretney Estate - aiming to link the estate with the school, shop and medical centre and including community-led proposals such as a 'container cluster'.
The plans will be available to view and discuss at road show events at Jurby Medical Centre on April 1, 4 and 6.
