That's according to the Department of Education and Children who says they are working hard to fill the 37 vacant teaching positions on the Island.
The DEC will be highlighting the benefits of teaching on the Isle of Man to new recruits which include the quality of life and schools, the innovation and freedom from constraints of education systems elsewhere.
Relocation packages, rent subsidies, golden hellos and waived work permits for high school teachers are among some of the initiatives.
