Properties which have been deemed surplus to requirements will be sold off by the Department of Home Affairs.
That's the message from the Minister who says disposing of the buildings is in the best interests of the taxpayer:
Bill Malarkey was quizzed about the process of getting rid of the properties in Tynwald this week following heavy questioning about the decision to put Ramsey Courthouse up for sale.
He told the court each building would be looked at on its own merit - something Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker queried:
