Amid concerns that flu vaccine had reached dangerously low levels on the Island the Department of Health have announced they have secured a further supply of the medicine.
It was however only a small amount and the Public Health Directorate are currently working out how best to use it.
As previously reported 3,000 doses of h1n1 flu vaccine Pandemrix were released last week specifically to cover those in the at-risk group.
The Department of Health have vowed to continue looking for more supplies to meet the demand.
