The Department of Health and Social Care is to raise fees for adult services by almost three per cent this year.
When Tynwald sits in May, Minister Claire Christian will lay an order before the court about social care fees.
This year, the rise, in line with inflation figures, would go up by 2.9 per cent.
The DHSC says the annual increase makes sure benefits paid and charges levied remain in step with each other.
