The Department of Health and Social Care says it will do its best to sort out problems with the patient transfer service in the UK.
In recent weeks, some users have been taking to Facebook to air criticism of ComCab Liverpool, which took over the contract from Bridgewater Cars at the end of last month.
ComCab takes patients from airports to their hospital appointments in the UK.
But the department says it's aware of some of the problems patients have been reporting - and says it's doing its best to iron out difficulties.
Minister for Health and Social Care Kate Beecroft says the department's received a huge amount of feedback - both positive and negative.
She says her department's Patient Transfers Team is talking to ComCab on a daily basis, logging and acting on any concerns.
The DHSC says it's planning to run a phone survey of a random sample of people who use the service.
That survey is due to take place at the end of this month.
