A dentist whose practice was described as filthy has been told he can't sue Manx Care after he was struck off the register.
Leslie Hanson of Peel was taken off the General Dental Council's register in February after Manx Care complained to the regulator that his private practice wasn't cleaned regularly and had cobwebs and dirty furniture.
He'd wanted to sue the organisation, saying it didn't have the authority to complain about him to the GDC.
However, Deemster Corlett threw out Mr Hanson's case, saying it had been lodged well after a three-month deadline had passed.
