Manx Care has launched a new dementia-friendly lounge at the hospital.
Noble's Hospital opened the new space in ward 6.
The lounge has specifically been designed for those with the disease to feel safe and will reduce stress and anxiety.
There are also plans to introduce a timetable of activities to encourage patients with confidence.
