Pension payments which were delayed last week will now be available for collection on Christmas Eve.
MiCard payments which were due on December 25 were originally meant to be picked up last Friday (December 18), however they weren't available because of an unknown issue.
BACS payments were not affected.
Government has since apologised for the issue and is reminding customers that post offices on Island will close at Midday on December 24.
Meanwhile, anyone in urgent need of support is asked to contact the Pensions Team directly on 685 176 or 687 020.
