There will be a one-hour delay to today's Manx Grand Prix schedule.
Clerk of the Course, Gary Thompson, has confirmed the decision due to low lying mist and cloud on the course which is due to lift this morning with roads now expected to shut at 10.30am.
Organisers say rain has almost cleared through to leave the rest of the day dry but roads remain wet.
They've added a revised schedule will be issued shortly.
