The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture (DEFA) is advising residents to take care if they're visiting the Islands glens.
It says following heavy rain, damage has been caused to paths and riverbanks, and during storms walkways may become submerged.
Meanwhile, the department has closed off a popular viewpoint at Glen Wyllin following a landslide.
DEFA says it hopes to re-open it 'in the not too distant future'.
