The man who died in Douglas earlier this week has been identified as a 43-year-old local man.
Officers responded to reports of an unresponsive male in the Church Road Marina area at 7pm on Monday - it was later confirmed he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Now, officers say they are linking with the family and offering support, a name will be revealed in due course.
Police say they want to allow the man's family some privacy to come to terms with the sad news and send their sympathies and condolences.
