Manx Care has cancelled today and tomorrow's day procedures amid rising cases of Covid-19.
Patients due to be seen today and tomorrow have been told, while elective admissions planned for next week will be reviewed daily.
It comes as the health body has also re-implemented the wearing of face masks and social distancing across all of its health and social care settings.
The visiting policy is unchanged, except for visitors in the Covid ward, lateral flow tests are still expected to be taken before entering any health and social care setting.
The cataract surgery waiting list is unaffected.
