The clocks go back this weekend and the Fire and Rescue Service is urging people to 'be safe, be seen'.
As the nights draw in, members of the public are being encouraged to make sure they are visible when they go outside.
Hi-visibility clothing is recommended as are light up dog collars and bicycle lights.
Whether you are a pedestrian, walker, runner, cyclist, or driver, being visible could save lives.
