Police in the Roads Policing Unit says a motorist can expect to hear from them shortly - after putting the wrong driver at risk in a dangerous overtake.
This morning, an off-duty sergeant from the unit was almost forced off the Mountain Road to avoid a head-on collision.
The manoeuvre has been described as "extremely poor" on the organisation's Facebook page this morning.
And the police add "Statement done... someone will be hearing from us shortly!"
