A Douglas man facing trial for causing death by dangerous driving has been committed to a higher court.
Jackson Joseph Paul of Palace Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies the allegation which is said to have happened on February 25 on Harbour Road in Onchan.
29 year old Jordan Thomas died in hospital from injuries he sustained during the incident.
Mr Paul's case was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery and he was bailed to appear there on a date to be fixed.
