Developers have unveiled plans for a huge new housing estate in Ramsey.
Dandara has applied for planning permission to build 166 new homes between Lezayre Road and the former railway line at Lower Milntown.
The company says surrounding land would be left as open space as far as the Sulby River.
In its application, it says 45 of the homes would be affordable housing units.
