Work to improve an important road in St Johns is expected to be finished next month.
Efforts to revamp Curragh Road resumed on Monday following the festive period with officials and Patrick Commissioners saying the project there is now due to be completed by the end of February.
The Department of Infrastructure reported back in December that work was progressing 'steadily and to a good standard' despite contractors dealing with a number of challenges.
The highway remains closed between the Ballacraine traffic lights and the access road to the Western Civic Amenity Site.
