Infrastructure minister Tim Crookall says having three different contracts for bus drivers doesn't make any difference to services.
This week in the House of Keys he faced questions about the terms and conditions drivers worked under.
He revealed there are three different contracts for drivers after changes made over more than a decade.
But he said having 19 drivers on much older contracts wasn't an issue:
