MHK Tim Crookall is joining the Department for Enterprise to take on the role of Member for Tourism and Motorsport.
He replaces Rob Callister who has held the post for six years.
Mr Crookall said he's excited about the role as the island's tourism industry continues to reclaim market share after the pandemic.
He added: "Motorsports has always held a place in my heart and I’m keen to join the team in planning for 2023, ensuring we have the infrastructure and support in place to make a successful and safe series of events next year".
Other membership changes include MLC Rob Mercer joining the Department of Home Affairs and MHK Stu Peters, the Department of Infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Tim Glover MHK has left his role as a member of the Cabinet Office and Kerry Sharpe MLC has left the Department of Infrastructure.
