A consultation has been launched on proposals to modernise the Island's criminal justice system.
The Department of Home Affairs is asking for people's views on three draft bills aimed at modernising the approach to criminal justice, sentencing and management of offenders.
The consultation will run for eight weeks until Monday, August 20.
